2026 MABGA Tournament Ad Book Registration Form

Please complete the below ad book form for the 2026 Middle Atlantic Blind Golf Association (MABGA) Invitational Golf Tournament. The deadline for form submissions and payment is July 31.

Ad Space Prices:

  • Full Page ($150)
  • Half Page ($75)
  • Quarter Page ($50)
  • Business Card ($40)

Ad Specifications (electronic submissions preferred!):

  • Please use the ad templates as a reference when preparing ads
  • Artwork and photographs must be high resolution (300 dpi)
    • Files must be hi-resolution pdf, or high quality jpg
    • If mailing a hard copy, do not write on ads or staple them to the form.

Full page Template (8.5" x 11")
Write in or Insert any text and/or photos to be used in ads

Half Page Template (8.5" x 5.5")
Write in or Insert any text and/or photos to be used in ads

Quarter Page Template (4.25" x 5.5")
Write in or Insert any text and/or photos to be used in ads

Business Card Template (3.5" x 2")
Insert or attach any text and/or business card to be used in ad
