Membership Registration Form – Middle Atlantic Blind Golf Association

The Middle Atlantic Blind Golf Association (MABGA) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit volunteer membership organization that provides blind and low vision (legally blind) men, women and children the opportunity to enjoy the challenges and rewards that golf offers.

Thanks to a generous donation, membership dues for current members are waived and $50 for new prospective members for the 2025 calendar year. Only members have the right to vote, hold office and be appointed.

If you have already paid by check, money order, credit card, debit card, or a PayPal account, please simply complete this form for our records. No additional payment is needed for the current calendar year. If you pay dues between October and December of the current calendar year, it will be counted towards the following calendar year.
